WORK HISTORY AND EXPERIENCE

2013-2015 - Chiropractic Assistant at Virginia Beach Holistic Clinic - Communication and demonstration of therapies recommended by the Doctor for daily in-home self-care.  An encouraging and teachable environment that inspired confidence in my hands and equipped me with the palpation skills necessary for a connective understanding of each person's unique issues and preferences of care.

2016 - Massage Therapist at Muses Spa & Salon - Provided 30-90 minute, localized and full body massage treatments on staff.  Gained insight of issues commonly attributed to a career as a Massage Therapist. 

2016-2017 - Massage Therapist for NHI Clovis Teaching Clinic - Performed 50 minute, full body, Swedish and Shiatsu massage on the public.  Strategized sessions to individual needs of clients by asking about history and typical physical habits with ties to common or recurring conditions, targeting areas for achievable relief can easily bring continuity, validity, and satisfactory client retention!  When MY work WORKS, you work at 100%!

2022 - Certified Professional Herbalist - studied courses such as medicine making of remedies for things such as stress, anxiety, insomnia, and even essential first aid treatments.

2023 - Certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage - this modality is to reduce the toxins that linger just below the dermal layer, resulting in toning of skin and cleansing of the body & immune system.
